Can I bring my pet into your store?

Yes, absolutely! We love meeting your furry friends. Well-behaved and leashed pets are always welcome in our store. Please ensure your pet is under control and supervised at all times for the safety and comfort of all customers.

What food should I feed my Pet?

Can I return an unused and unopened item?

Yes, you can! We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 7 days of purchase, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Please note: Perishable items like fresh food and opened packages are not eligible for return.

Shipping & delivery

Why can't I check out if the order value is less than the minimum amount?

To ensure efficient service and delivery, we have a minimum order value requirement. If your cart total is below this threshold, checkout will be disabled. Please add more items to meet the minimum value and proceed with your order.

Has my order been placed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message with your order details and invoice. If you didn’t receive any confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for help.

I cannot order or find a product - What does this mean?

If a product is unavailable or not showing up, it might be out of stock or temporarily removed. Try refreshing the page or searching again later. For assistance, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you find what you’re looking for.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return (if eligible).

Can I add a product to an order?

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we may be able to add items. Please reach out to our team immediately with your order number and the item you’d like to add. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I order by phone or email?

Yes! We accept orders via phone and email during business hours. Just share the product details and delivery information with us, and our team will help process your order manually.

Payment

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can update your shipping address before your order is dispatched. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

What happens if my order is delayed?

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, logistics, or stock issues. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you and share an updated delivery timeline. You can also reach out to us for updates anytime.

When will my order be sent?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Where is my package?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use it to check the real-time status of your package. If you face issues tracking your order, please get in touch with our support team.

What if I have not received my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We’ll immediately investigate with our delivery partner and provide a resolution—whether that’s an update, reshipment, or refund.

Where is my invoice?

Your invoice is automatically emailed to you once your order is confirmed. You can also download it from your account dashboard under “My Orders.” If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
