Yes, you can! We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 7 days of purchase, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Please note: Perishable items like fresh food and opened packages are not eligible for return.

Shipping & delivery

To ensure efficient service and delivery, we have a minimum order value requirement. If your cart total is below this threshold, checkout will be disabled. Please add more items to meet the minimum value and proceed with your order.

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message with your order details and invoice. If you didn’t receive any confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for help.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return (if eligible).
